摘要
目的研究超声波、sPL(超活化血小板裂解液)注射联合治疗促进兔跟腱断裂术后康复的效果。方法选取24只3~4月龄新西兰白兔制造跟腱断裂术后模型,随机将其分为4组:A、B、C、D,每组6只。A组为对照组,每周注射一次生理盐水0.2 mL;B组采用超声波治疗,同时每周注射生理盐水0.2 mL;C组每周注射sPL 0.2 mL;D组采用sPL和超声波联合治疗,超声波治疗的同时每周注射一次sPL 0.2 mL。3个月后测定跟腱的最大断裂负荷、I型胶原蛋白和III型胶原蛋白含量。结果D组与其他三组相比,修复的跟腱可承受的断裂负荷最大、拥有I型胶原蛋白含量最高、III型胶原蛋白含量最低(均P<0.05)。结论sPL与超声波联合治疗能更好地促进兔跟腱断裂术后的康复,为sPL与超声波联合治疗的临床应用提供实验依据。
Objective To study the effect of combined SPL and ultrasound on rehabilitation of rabbits with achilles tendon rupture after operation.Methods Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits aged 3 to 4 months were selected to make postoperative Achilles tendon rupture models,and they were randomly divided into 4 groups:A,B,C,D,6 in each group.Group A was the control group and injected 0.2 mL of normal saline once a week;group B was treated with ultrasound and 0.2 mL of saline was injected weekly;group C was injected with 0.2 mL of sPL weekly;group D was treated with combined sPL and ultrasound.To:Inject ultrasound with 0.2 mL sPL once a week during ultrasound treatment.Determine the maximum rupture load,typeⅠcollagen and typeⅢcollagen content of the Achilles tendon after 3 months.Results Compared with the other three groups,the repaired Achilles tendon withstanded the largest rupture load(P<0.05),the highest content of type I collagen,and the lowest content of type III collagen(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of sPL and ultrasound can better promote the rabbit Achilles tendon rehabilitation after rupture,provide experimental basis for clinical application of sPL combined with ultrasound.
