摘要
目的探讨总结国医大师张磊应用自拟山前汤治疗辨治积湿积热证经验的辨治思路及临床经验。方法通过分析张磊教授应用山前汤加减治疗积湿积热证的相关医案、查阅相关文献、与张磊教授交流探讨。结果总结出了张磊国医大师应用山前汤辨治积湿积热证的辨治思路和用药规律。结论山前汤系国医大师张磊自拟的经验方,为其临证八法之燮理法的代表方,药由生山楂、炒山楂、生车前子、炒车前子、生山药、炒山药等组成,本方药物生熟并用,具有燮理阴阳,消积止泻之功,适用于阴阳失调,积湿积热所致的顽固性泻泄、痢疾、腹痛、阳痿早泄等病症。
Objective To explore and summarize the thinking and clinical experience of accumulated dampness and heat syndrome by Zhang Lei with Shanqian decoction,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Through the analysis of Professor Zhang Lei’s application of Shanqian decoction in the treatment of accumulated dampness and heat syndrome,consulting relevant literature,and communicating with Professor Zhang Lei.Results This paper summarized Zhang Lei’s ideas and medication rules in treating the syndrome of accumulation of dampness and heat with Shanqian decoction.Conclusion Shanqian decoction is an experienced prescription made by Zhang Lei,a great master of traditional Chinese medicine.It is the representative prescription of Xie Li method.It is composed of raw hawthorn,fried hawthorn,raw plantain seed,fried plantain seed,raw Chinese yam and fried Chinese yam.It has the function of coordinating Yin and Yang,eliminating accumulation and stopping diarrhea.It is suitable for stubborn diarrhea,dysentery,abdominal pain caused by imbalance of yin and Yang,accumulation of dampness and heat impotence,premature ejaculation and other diseases.
