摘要
目的探讨前列腺素E1联合阿托伐他汀对老年高血压肾病的治疗效果。方法选取2019年12月-2020年12月新乡医学院附属濮阳市油田总医院接受治疗的老年高血压肾病70例患者,将单独采用前列腺素E1治疗的35例作为参照组,将采用阿托伐他汀与前列腺素E1联合治疗的35例作为研究组,对比两组疗效及相关指标变化。结果治疗后,研究组心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)以及舒张压(DBP)与参照组比较差异无统计学意义,t=0.3625,t=0.3084,t=0.0497,P>0.05;研究组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平与参照组比较差异无统计学意义,t=0.4832,t=0.7163,t=0.9734,t=1.1462,P>0.05;但研究组血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量(TP/24h)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)以及尿素氮(BUN)指标水平较参照组均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.2931,t=24.3693,t=20.8807,t=9.2488,t=16.9720,P<0.05)。结论前列腺素E1与阿托伐他汀联合用于高血压肾病治疗,不仅可以改善患者血压、血脂水平,对其肾功能也有良好的改善效果,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of prostaglandin E1 combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of senile hypertensive nephropathy.Methods selecting in December 2019 to December 2020,70 cases of our hospital for treatment of senile hypertension nephropathy patients,randomly divided into control group and research group,35 cases of control group separately using atorvastatin calcium treatment,the team with atorvastatin associated with prostaglandin E1 treatment,compared two groups curative effect and the related indicators.Results After treatment,there were no significant differences in HR,SBP and DBP between the study group and the control group(t=0.3625,t=0.3084,t=0.0497,P>0.05).The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(t=0.4832,t=0.7163,t=0.9734,t=1.1462,P>0.05).The levels of SCR,TP/24 h,MALB,β2-Mg and BUN in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=7.2931,t=24.3693,t=20.8807,t=9.2488,t=16.9720,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of prostaglandin E1 and atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy can not only improve the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients,but also have a good effect on the improvement of renal function,which is worthy of promotion.
