摘要
自中国共产党成立以来,培养青年马克思主义者的基本要求从“勇于革命斗争”的品质到“又红又专”的特性,从“四有新人”标准到“担当民族复兴大任”的要求,无不体现着党史文化的浸润。加强青年马克思主义者培养是党史文化育人的优良传统。高校“青马工程”的开展同样离不开党史文化的融入。当前,党史文化与高校“青马工程”的深度融合面临着诸如西方“和平演变”的渗透、多元文化思潮的侵蚀和自媒体无序化冲击的挑战。为此,应从主体性原则、方向性原则和实践性原则着手科学构建两者深度融合的原则,从深化课堂教学、优化网络教育、强化实践体验三个方面科学构建两者深度融合的机制。
Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the basic requirements for young Marxists have shifted from“being courageous in revolutionary struggle”to“being red and professional”and from“being well-educated and self-disciplined nationals with lofty ideals and morality”to“shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation”,which reflects the infusion of Party history culture.Strengthening the training of young Marxists is a fine tradition of Party history culture.The development of“Youth Marxist Project”in colleges and universities is also inseparable from the integration of Party history culture.At present,the deep integration of Party history culture with the Project in colleges and universities faces challenges such as the infiltration of Western“peaceful evolution”,the erosion of multi-cultural trends and the impact of disorderly self-media.To this end,the mechanism for the deep integration of the two should be scientifically constructed from three aspects:deepening classroom teaching,optimizing online education,and strengthening practical experience.
