摘要
目的观察展筋活血方对老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者Frankel分级(Frankel脊髓损伤分级法)、椎管侵占率和Cobb角的影响。方法选取我院收治的66例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法均分为实验组与对照组各33例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用展筋活血方进行治疗,分析比较两组患者治疗前后的Frankel分级、椎管侵占率、伤椎前高压缩比、Cobb角以及两组患者的总体治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组的81.8%(P<0.05);治疗后实验组Frankel E级的患者数量显著多于对照组患者,即实验组Frankel分级情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组经治疗后伤椎前高压缩比显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后实验组椎管侵占率和Cobb角显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论展筋活血方能够有效改善老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的Frankel分级,降低患者的椎管侵占率和Cobb角,该疗法值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhanjin Huoxue decoction on Frankel grade,spinal canal encroachment rate and Cobb angle of elderly patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods 66 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,33 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,experimental group were added with Zhanjin Huoxue decoction,Frankel grade analysis,spinal canal encroachment rate,injury cone of high compression ratio,Cobb angle and the overall treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of experimental group was 93.9%,which was significantly higher than that of control groups 81.8%(P<0.05).The Frankel grade of experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the injury cone high compression ratio of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the spinal canal encroachment rate and Cobb angle of experimental group were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhanjin Huoxue decoction can effectively improve Frankel grade of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture,reduce the rate ofvertebral canal invasion and Cobb angle.This therapy is worthy of clinical application.
