摘要
目的观察小肠经排刺联合合谷刺治疗肩背部筋膜炎(SBF)患者肩背部疼痛的影响。方法将我院90例SBF患者随机分为排刺组、合谷刺组与结合组各30例。对比各组视觉模拟(VAS)疼痛评分、条索状疼痛面积、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分及症状积分。结果治疗后,结合组总有效率高于排刺组及合谷刺组(P<0.05),排刺组与合谷组总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);结合组VAS疼痛评分、条索状疼痛面积、ODI评分明显低于排刺组及合谷刺组(P<0.05),排刺组和合谷刺组VAS疼痛评分、条索状疼痛面积、ODI评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);结合组症状积分明显低于排刺组及合谷刺组(P<0.05),排刺组和合谷刺组症状积分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论小肠经排刺联合合谷刺能有效改善SBF临床症状,降低疼痛程度,缩小疼痛面积,改善功能和症状,为临床提供了安全且有效的治疗手段。
Objective To observe the effect of small intestine meridian needling combined with Hegu needling on shoulder and back pain in patients with shoulder and back fasciitis(SBF).Methods Ninety patients with SBF were randomly divided into row acupuncture group,Hegu acupuncture group and combination group,30 cases each.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,striped pain area,Oswestry Dysfunction Index Questionnaire(ODI)score and symptom score were compared between the three groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of row acupuncture group and Hegu acupuncture group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between row acupuncture group and Hegu acupuncture group(P>0.05);the VAS score,striped pain area,and ODI score in combination group were significantly lower than those in row acupuncture group and Hegu acupuncture group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score,striped pain area,and ODI score between row acupuncture group and Hegu acupuncture group(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom score of combination group was significantly lower than that of row acupuncture group and Hegu acupuncture group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of small intestine meridian acupuncture and Hegu acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of SBF,reduce the degree of pain,reduce the area of pain,improve function and symptoms,and provide a safe and effective treatment method for clinical practice.
