新时代互联网视域铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践理路探析被引量：7

An Analysis of the Practical Ways to Consolidate the Community Consciousness of the Chinese Nation in the Vision of the Internet

摘要铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的“纲”,所有工作都要向此聚焦。而随着互联网普及率和网络群体占比的逐年增长,互联网已成为全国各族人民生产生活和娱乐休闲的主要空间平台,所以互联网视域推进新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的民族工作就具有了十分重要的实践价值。但是,由于互联网的“去中心化”技术属性、“后真相”场域特点,以及传播媒体的快速化更替等原因,也给新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的民族工作实践造成了一定困扰。因此,新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识需要从巩固马克思主义意识形态网络话语权、统一健全互联网法律法规与完善网络道德素养标准、整合优化网络传播路径资源服务,以及推动多元主体齐抓共管等网络实践路径进行深入的理路探析,进而促进实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识的新时代民族工作目标,做好网络统战工作。 Consolidating the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation is the guiding principle of the Chinese Commu⁃nist Party’s ethnic work in the new era,and all work must focus on this.With the increase of Internet penetration rate and the pro⁃portion of Internet groups year by year,the Internet has become the main space platform for the production,life,entertainment and leisure of people of all ethnic groups in the country.Therefore,the ethnic work that promotes the new era of Internet vision and con⁃solidating the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation has a important practical value.However,due to the“decentralized”technical attributes of the Internet,the characteristics of the“post-truth”field,and the rapid replacement of communication media,it has also caused some troubles to the practical ethnic work of consolidating the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation in the new era.Therefore,in order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to carry out in-depth exploration of practical approaches such as consolidating the discourse power of Marxist ideology on the Internet,unifying and improving Internet laws and regulations,improving the standards of online moral literacy,integrating and optimizing network communication path resources and services,and promoting multiple subjects to work together to build networks.By all these means,we may realize the goal of the ethnic work of consolidating the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation in the new era and do a good job in the united front work of the Internet.
