摘要 本工程为大跨度连体超限高层建筑,连体跨度63m,两侧塔楼体型相差较大,采用框架-抗震墙结构体系。根据超限情况,设定抗震性能目标。采用YJK、MIDASGen对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析,并进行了弹性时程补充计算。设定关键构件,对关键构件进行了设防地震的弹性验算。采用SAUSAGE软件对结构进行了罕遇地震下的弹塑性验算。结构设计时对薄弱部位、关键部位进行细部分析和加强,确保结构在承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态下的安全性与舒适度。 This project is a conjoined over-limit high-rise building with a 63 meters’span.There exists a large difference between the towers on two sides.The frame-seismic wall structure system is adopted.Setting the seismic performance target according to the over-limit condition,the elastic analysis and the elastic time-course supplementary calculation of the structure under the earthquake was carried out by YJK and MIDAS GEN.The key components are subjected to the elastic check of the prevention earthquake.The SAUSAGE software was used to perform elastoplastic verification of the structure under rare earthquakes.In the structural design,the weak parts and key parts are analyzed and strengthened in detail to ensure the safety and comfort of the structure under the load capacity limit state and the normal use limit state.
