摘要
为满足上海市对新建单体预制装配率的指标要求,某新建高层建筑采用了钢框架-屈曲约束支撑结构。该结构属于超限高层,主要存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续和竖向不规则等不规则项。主要介绍了主体结构的设计思路和超限分析情况,重点介绍了平面开大洞处的楼板应力、大跨度区域楼板振动以及屈曲约束支撑在罕遇地震下的耗能能力,结果表明各项分析指标均满足规范要求,屈曲约束支撑具有良好的耗能能力。最后介绍了本工程钢框架-屈曲约束支撑延伸至基础底板时所涉及的主要节点构造,并给出了一种改进的混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱连接节点形式,该节点构造合理、连接可靠、施工方便、且不影响建筑功能,可供同类工程设计参考。
In order to satisfy the requirement of prefabrication rate for new buildings in Shanghai,the buckling restrained braced steel frame was adopted for a new high-rise building.The building was an out-of-code high-rise with several irregular items,including irregular torsion,discontinuous floor and vertical irregularity.In this paper,design ideas and analysis beyond code limits of the building were mainly introduced.Floor slab stress of slab with opening,vibration of large-span floor and the energy dissipation capacity of buckling restrained brace during rare occurrence earthquake were also analyzed.The results show that all indexes meet the code requirements and the energy dissipation capacity of buckling restrained brace is good.Finally,several joint constructions when the buckling restrained brace extended to the foundation were also presented.And a modified concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column joint was proposed.The modified joint has the characteristics of reasonable construction,reliable connection,simple and convenient construction without affecting architectural functions.The joint may provide references for similar projects.
