合肥某超限高层建筑结构设计

摘要 合肥某建设项目1#楼建筑高度为167.20m,属于超A级高度建筑,为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。本楼存在梁托柱转换与穿层柱两项不规则情况。采用盈建科(YJK)和ETABS两种软件进行了小震弹性计算。由计算结果可知,结构的层间位移角、周期比等指标均满足规范要求。采用性能化设计方法保证了结构能满足抗震性能目标C的要求。采用盈建科(YJK)弹塑性分析模块(YJK-EP)进行动力弹塑性分析,保证了结构大震不倒。通过以上措施,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到预期性能目标,且满足规范要求。 No.1 tower of a construction project in Hefei is a high-rise building with a height of 167.20 m,exceeding A-level height requirement of codes.It adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system.It exists two irregularities:corbel column irregularity and cross-story column irregularity.Programs of YJK and ETABS were used to conduct the elastic calculation under the frequent earthquakes.Results show that,interlayer displacement angle and period ratio of the structure meet specificaiton.Performance–based design method was adopted to ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of seismic performance target C,.YJK-EP software was used to conduct the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis to ensure that the structure would not collapse under rare earthquake.Through above measures,the working state and performance of the structure can meet the expected performance target and satisfy the demand of the codes.
