摘要
对四川长宁地震中受到震害影响的钢筋混凝土群仓结构进行了筒仓倾斜度、裂缝等的结构损伤检测。现场检测结果发现,群仓结构各筒仓的倾斜值未超过设计要求,产生的裂缝均为斜向裂缝,主要集中于筒仓下部支撑壁及门窗洞口处。鉴于群仓结构地震动力响应的复杂性,利用ABAQUS建立了有限元模型进行模拟研究,分析发现群仓结构各筒仓的最大应力区位于筒仓底部,与现场检测结果一致。同时,对比筒仓之间连接方式对筒仓内力分布的影响,采用刚性连接较接触连接更有利于增大群仓结构的整体刚度,减小变形。
The structural damage of silo inclination,cracks,etc.was tested on the reinforced concrete group silo structure affected by the earthquake damage in Changning,Sichuan.On-site inspection results found that the inclination value of each silo in the group silo structure did not exceed the design requirements,and the cracks generated were all diagonal cracks,which were mainly concentrated at the lower support wall of the silo and the openings of doors and windows.In view of the complexity of the seismic response of the group silo structure,the finite element model was established using ABAQUS for simulation study.The analysis found that the maximum stress area of each silo in the group silo structure was at the bottom of the silo,which was consistent with the field test results.At the same time,comparing the influence of the connection method between silos on the distribution of force in the silo,it is found that the use of rigid connection is more beneficial to increase the overall rigidity of the group silo structure and reduce deformation than contact connection.
