装配式混凝土凹口叠合梁静力性能试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental study on static performance of grooved concrete composite beams in assembly buildings

摘要 广东省标及行标装配式结构技术规程针对楼板厚度小于150mm的叠合梁、叠合板体系,建议主梁采用带凹口的预制构造方式。但实际工程中常采用的装配式叠合楼板厚度小于130mm,故大多数装配式混凝土框架结构主梁叠合梁预制部分均需采用凹口构造,然而不少装配式构件预制厂因其长久积累的生产习惯常诟病这种构造导致的额外制造成本,且当叠合梁宽度较小时预制部分凹口构造处的边垛部位常因浇筑质量难以控制而致其吊装或运输时开裂,故这种构造可能需要适当改良。本文对凹口构造与无凹口构造的叠合梁进行了静载抗弯与抗剪试验,考虑剪跨比、后浇叠合层位置的影响,对试件破坏形态与跨中挠度-荷载曲线进行了分析。试验结果表明,不论预制部分是否采用凹口构造及后浇叠合层位于受压或受拉区,叠合梁与现浇梁在抗弯及抗剪静力性能上基本一致。 Guangdong provincial standard and industry standard of assembly concrete structures recommend prefabricated part of the composite beam to be manufactured with concave openings in composite beam-slab system for which whole slab thickness is less than 150 mm.However,thickness of assembly composite slabs in practical engineering is no more than 130 mm,thus concave openings are always needed for most composite frame beams in concrete frame structures and are often criticized for its extra manufacturing cost by prefabricators due to long-standing production habits.Also the protruding parts of concave openings in composite beams of lesser width often crack when lifted or transported due to quality control issues,so appropriate improvement may be needed in such kind of construction requirement.In this paper,static load bending and shearing tests of composite beams with and without concave openings are carried out considering the influence of shear span ratio and position of post-poured composite layer,and the failure modes and mid-span deflection-bearing capacity curves of the specimens are analyzed.The results demonstrate that the static performance of the composite beam is basically the same as that of the cast-in-place beam no matter whether the prefabricated part of the composite beam adopts concave openings and whether the post-poured composite layer is in compression zone or tension zone.
