非结构构件抗震性能研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 近年来城市地震灾害呈现出新特点,即建筑主体结构保存完好情况下,非结构构件可能就已出现严重的破坏现象。随着人们对工作、生活环境要求越来越高,使得非结构构件在建筑总投资中占比越来越大。非结构构件一旦发生严重破坏,不仅会造成重大的经济损失,而且会直接导致建筑功能的中断,甚至还会引发次生灾害威胁到人们生命安全。对典型的非结构构件震害表现及原因进行归纳,阐述了国内外学者对于典型的非结构构件抗震性能最新研究进展,对已有的非结构构件分类方式进行梳理并重新划分了非结构构件种类,对比了国内外不同规范抗震设计计算采用等效侧力法公式的差异,并提出针对公式中参数取值深入研究的必要性,最后指出了未来基于性能的非结构构件抗震性能设计还需进一步深入研究的方向。 In recent years,urban earthquake disasters have shown a new characteristic:when the main structure of the building is intact,the non-structural components may have been seriously damaged.With the increasing demands on the working and living environment,the proportion of non-structural components in the total construction investment is increasing.Serious damage to non-structural components will not only cause significant economic losses,but will also lead directly to the interruption of building functions and even cause secondary disasters and threaten people’s lives.In this paper,the manifestations and causes of seismic damage of typical non-structural components are summarized,and the latest research progress on the seismic performance of typical non-structural components by domestic and foreign scholars is presented.The existing classification of non-structural components are sorted out and reclassified,the difference of the equivalent lateral force method formula in the seismic design calculation of different domestic and foreign codes are compared,the necessity of in-depth study of the parameter values in the formula is proposed,pointing out the direction for further study on the seismic performance design of performance-based non-structural components.
