大型电力工作井预制装配式结构体系研究 被引量:6

Study of precast concrete structural system for large electrical manholes

摘要 考虑多回路电力工作井的大尺寸特征,提出了装配式整体混凝土大板结构方案,给出了不同功能预制板连接的构造设计形式。通过进行足尺电力工作井的拼装和防水试验,同时建立精细的有限元模型,分析了主要模块参数对力学特性的影响,获得了较合理的方案。结果表明:该预制装配方案满足了电力工作井的功能性和安全性要求,同时具有运输便利、施工快速和经济性的特点。 With consideration of the large size of multi-circuit electrical manholes,a prefabricated monolithic concrete slab structure scheme was proposed along with detailed structural design forms for the connections between various prefabricated functional plates.By carrying out assembly and waterproof tests of full-scale electrical manhole and building a sophisticated finite element model,the effects of the partition parameters of module on mechanical property were analyzed,and a relatively reasonable partition scheme was obtained.The results show that the prefabricated assembly scheme meets the functional and safety requirements of the electric manholes.Also,the assembling scheme possesses the characteristics of convenient transportation,fast construction and good economy.
