摘要
传统悬挑式卸料平台尾部需要通过楼板上预埋的锚环进行固定,施工操作复杂,安拆及周转不方便,在装配式混凝土结构中,缺点更加显著。反支撑悬挑式卸料平台通过对尾部固定方式进行改进,利用平台尾部设置的反支撑杆与上层楼板的反作用力为平台板提供了平衡力,反支撑杆取代了在楼板上预留锚环的施工工序,避免了因需要在楼板上预留锚环而带来的施工工艺复杂、安拆及周转不方便的问题;通过力学验算及ANSYS有限元模拟分析,该施工技术安全可靠。
The tail of the traditional cantilevered discharging platform needs to be fixed by the anchor ring embedded in the floor,the construction operation is complex,the installation and dismantling and the turnover is not convenient,the disadvantages are more obvious in the fabricated concrete structure.Improved the tail fixing mode of the anti-support cantilever discharging platform,the counterbalance of the platform plate was provided by means of a anti-support bar at the rear of the platform and the reaction of the upper floor,the construction procedure of retaining the anchor ring on the floor slab was replaced by the anti-support bar,avoids the problems of complicated construction technology,installation and disassembly and inconvenient turnover.Through mechanical checking calculation and ANSYS finite element simulation analysis,the construction technology is safe and reliable.
