摘要 龙华文体中心体育馆屋盖水平跨度大,造型复杂,柱位分布不均。为使整体约束趋于均衡,对支承柱位进行了方案比选,优化减少了支承柱数量。为解决在恒载及温度荷载作用下的水平位移引起的支座力过大的问题,采用了可部分滑移的抗震球铰支座,并通过计算确定了合理的支座水平刚度。基于网架体型复杂大悬挑的特点,对结构进行了稳定性及抗连续倒塌分析。给大跨度幕墙提供侧向支撑,屋盖网架局部变为3层,增加与幕墙连接并适用网架受力的节点。采用有限元软件模拟分析了支座节点受力性能,验证支座节点在多向复杂受力状态下的安全性。为保证安全可靠,进行了结构上下部分整体模型的多软件对比。结构表明,在各种设计荷载作用下,屋盖结构满足规范要求。 The roof of Longhua Sports Center has large horizontal span,complex shape and uneven column position.In order to make the overall constraints tend to be balanced,the supporting column position is compared and selected,and the number of supporting columns is reduced by optimization.In order to solve the problem of excessive bearing force caused by horizontal displacement under dead load and temperature load,the anti-seismic spherical hinge bearing with partial sliding is adopted,and the reasonable horizontal stiffness of the bearing is determined by calculation.Based on the complex shape of the grid structure,the stability and progressive collapse resistance of the structure are analyzed.To provide lateral support for large-span facade,the roof grid is partially changed into three layers,adding nodes connected with facade and suitable for grid stress.The finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the mechanical performance of the bearing joint,and to verify the safety of the bearing joint under the multi-directional complex stress state.In order to ensure the safety and reliability,multi softwares comparison of the whole model of the upper and lower parts of the structure is carried out.The structure shows that under various design loads,the roof structure meets the requirements of the code.
