南通金鹰世界高层商业楼结构设计

Structural design of high-rise commercial building in Nantong Jinying World

摘要 南通金鹰世界商业综合体结构总高度51.25m,建筑地面以上8层,地下2层,采用框架结构体系。高度略超7度区框架结构A级最大适用高度50m的限值;存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、个别楼层楼板不连续、构件间断和局部的穿层柱共5项一般不规则,属含多项一般不规则的超限高层建筑结构。本文介绍了该工程的特点、超限情况、基于性能的抗震设计目标及对结构的关键部位进行细部分析并提高其抗震措施。综合分析表明,通过合理的结构布置及加强措施,该结构具有良好的抗震性能。 The total height of Nantong Jinying world commercial complex is 51.25 m,8 floors above the ground and 2 floors underground.The frame structure system is adopted.The height slightly exceeds the limit value of 50 m of the maximum applicable height of frame structure a in the 7 degree area;There are five general irregularities,including irregular torsion,irregular concave and convex,discontinuous floor slab of individual floors,discontinuous components and local floor crossing columns,which are super limit high-rise buildings with many general irregularities.This paper introduces the characteristics,overrun,performance-based seismic design objectives and detailed analysis of the key parts of the structure and the improvement of seismic measures.Comprehensive analysis shows that the structure has good seismic performance through reasonable structural layout and strengthening measures.
