摘要
工程存在着平面凹凸不规则、扭转不规则、高度超限等不规则的情况,为一般不规则的超限高层结构。针对超限情况,通过多种计算软件对结构进行了对比分析,利用现行软件对本工程进行了弹性时程分析、楼板应力分析、静力弹塑性分析等专项分析,发现工程的薄弱部位,并对薄弱部位采取相应的加强措施。针对装配式结构,通过放大内力、控制墙肢应力等措施来提高房屋的抗震性能。结果表明本工程结构布置合理并且具有良好的抗震性能。
This project is irregular which is including irregular concave and convex planes,irregular torsion,height overrun.So it is a General irregular high-rise structure.According to the overrun situation,the structure is compared and analyzed by a variety of calculation software,and the current software is used for the special analysis of the project,such as elastic time history analysis,floor stress analysis,static elastic-plastic analysis,etc.the weak parts of the project are found,and the corresponding strengthening measures are taken for the weak parts.In view of the prefabricated structure,measures such as enlarging internal force and controlling wall limb stress are taken to improve the seismic performance of the building.The results show that the structural layout of the project is reasonable and has good seismic performance.
