摘要
装配式高桩码头是国内外海港、河港中运用最为广泛的码头结构形式之一。由于存在预制和现浇部分相互搭接施工,施工管理难度大幅提升,本研究就针对高桩板梁式码头在装配过程中存在的工序搭接不畅、构件难寻、复杂节点配筋难等导致工期延误的重点问题,提出基于BIM技术的精细化调配管理方案。通过施工进度模拟,对整体工期进行优化;通过给构件贴标签扫码和实时回传安装信息的物联网技术,优化现场安装;通过对复杂节点配筋进行三维配筋作业指导,提高施工作业效率,减少差错。
Precast assembly piled wharf is one of the most widely used wharf structures in seaports and river ports at home and abroad.Due to the overlapping construction of precast and cast-in-place parts,the difficulty of construction management is greatly increased.In this study,aiming at the key problems in the assembly process of high pile slab beam wharf,such as poor overlapping of working procedures,difficulty in finding components,and difficulty in reinforcement of complex joints,etc.,which lead to the delay of construction period,a refined deployment management scheme based on BIM Technology is proposed.Through the construction progress simulation,the overall construction period is optimized;through the Internet of things technology of labeling and scanning code for components and real-time transmission of installation information,the on-site installation is optimized;through the three-dimensional reinforcement operation guidance for complex node reinforcement,the construction efficiency is improved and the errors are reduced.
