摘要
把钢纤维掺入轻骨料(陶粒)混凝土成为钢纤维轻骨料混凝土,它较普通混凝土而言拥有自重较轻和抗拉强度较高等优点。本试验首先确定0.75%和1.5%为最优钢纤维含量,并以钢纤维0%、0.75%和1.5%三种掺量进行对比,研究常温及温度梯度为100摄氏度条件下200℃到800℃时混凝土试件的抗压强度。试验结果表明:钢纤维陶粒混凝土抗压强度随温度升高先增加后降低,表面颜色、裂缝随温度升高发生规律变化;钢纤维陶粒混凝土高温后的残余抗压强度要优于同等试验条件下的普通陶粒混凝土;受热温度200℃时的钢纤维陶粒混凝土残余抗压强度较常温状态下有一定提高,而普通陶粒混凝土没有这一现象。
Incorporating steel fiber into lightweight aggregate(ceramsite)concrete becomes steel fiber lightweight aggregate concrete.Compared with ordinary concrete,it has the advantages of lighter weight and higher tensile strength.This test first determines that 0.75%and 1.5%are the optimal steel fiber content,and compares the three content of steel fiber 0%,0.75%and 1.5%,and studies the normal temperature and temperature gradient of 200℃to 800℃under the condition of 100℃The compressive strength of the concrete specimen at the time.The test results show that the compressive strength of steel fiber ceramsite concrete first increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature,and the surface color and cracks change regularly with the increase of temperature;the residual compressive strength of steel fiber ceramsite concrete after high temperature is better than that of the same test Ordinary ceramsite concrete under conditions;the residual compressive strength of steel fiber ceramsite concrete at a heating temperature of 200℃has a certain increase compared with normal temperature,while ordinary ceramsite concrete does not have this phenomenon.
