普钢结构门式刚架厂房设计中几个疑难问题探析 被引量:2

摘要 普钢结构门式刚架厂房设计没有专门的规范,同时国家规范标准中对其内容有要求的有门刚规范、钢标、抗规、荷载规范等,各规范之间既有联系又有不同,造成了设计者在执行规范标准中的困惑。针对设计中影响含钢量较大的问题,主要涉及围护结构设计不同规范标准选用、实腹屋面梁挠度限值、实腹屋面梁高厚比限值、屋面梁梁柱连接及梁梁拼接等疑难问题进行了分析,并给出了解决问题的办法。特别是新钢标的实施与抗规的版本升级,对普钢结构门式刚架厂房不同构件的设计具有较大影响,不对规范精神进行深入分析与了解,会严重影响构件设计及含钢量。通过理论分析与规范标准条文理解密切结合,分析了经常困扰设计者的这些问题,对设计者有较强的指导作用。 There are no special rules for the design of gabled frames of universal steel structure,and the national standards for the gabled frames of the requirements of the technical code for gabled frames,steel structure standard,seismic code,load code,and there are some connections and differences between them,which cause the confusion of the designers in the implementation of standards.This article is aimed at the design of the impact of the larger usage of steel,mainly related to building envelope design different specifications and standards selection,solid web beam of roof deflection limit value,solid web beam of roof high thickness ratio limit value,the roof beam column connection and beam splicing,and other difficult problems were analyzed,and combined with the actual should be given to solve the problem.In particular,the implementation of the steel standard and seismic code upgrade,the design of different components of the universal portal rigid frame has a great influence on the problem,which will seriously affect the design of the components and the amount of steel.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and the specification of the provisions of the combination,the analysis of the problems that often plagued the designer,which has a strong guiding role for designers.
