摘要
为研究部分预制部分外包组合梁的短期行为。基于表面接触的内聚力模型建立非线性有限元模型,分析混凝土强度等级、工字钢翼缘厚度、纵筋配筋率对短期行为的影响。结果表明:混凝土强度等级对PPEC梁短期刚度和抗弯承载力的影响不明显;增大工字钢翼缘厚度,可显著提高PPEC梁抗弯承载力,但短期刚度仅略有提高;随着纵筋配筋率的增大,短期刚度提高不明显,抗弯承载力有较为明显的提高。考虑弯剪耦合效应的短期挠度计算方法更能准确的预测PPEC梁的短期挠度。
In order to study the short-term behavior of partially precast partially encased composite beams.Based on the cohesive behavior of surface contact,a nonlinear finite element model was established to analyze the influence of concrete strength grade,I-girder flange thickness and longitudinal reinforcement ratio on short-term behavior.The results show that:the influence of concrete strength grade on the short-term stiffness and flexural capacity of PPEC beam is not obvious;increasing the thickness of I-girder flange can significantly improve the flexural capacity of PPEC beam,but the short-term stiffness is only slightly improved;with the increase of longitudinal reinforcement ratio,the short-term stiffness is not significantly improved,but the flexural capacity is significantly improved.The short-term deflection calculation method considering bending shear coupling can more accurately predict the short-term deflection of PPEC beams.
