摘要
许多城市城中村老旧房屋结构及基础稳定较差,尤其沿海地区地基土还存在深厚软弱淤泥层,但市政管网改造工程为解决城市排水问题又必须在这些邻近老旧房屋的巷道中施工。结合肇庆市端州城区污水管网改造工程(首期)某城中村两侧邻近老旧房屋狭长深基坑开挖施工,采用MIDAS GTS模拟基底注浆、第一道钢筋混凝土冠梁及内撑、第一层土开挖、第二道钢腰梁及内撑、第二层土开挖、管道吊装施工全过程,通过对比周边房屋及基坑支护结构在变形、受力等方面的现场实测数据与数值模拟数据,定量地展开开挖过程影响性分析,结果表明数值模拟结果与现场实测数据吻合度高,能对影响性较大的关键位置及施工步骤提前预警,也可为同类工程提供参考。
In many urban villages,the structure and foundation of the old houses have poorer stability,especially in the coastal areas where exist deep soft silt layer in the foundation soil.However,the municipal pipe network renovation project must be constructed in the roadways of the adjacent old houses for solving the urban drainage problem.Based on Duanzhou urban in zhaoqing city sewage pipe network reconstruction project(first-phase),researched the whole process of narrow deep pit excavation nearing the old house on both sides.Using the MIDAS GTS simulated the process of base grouting,the first line of reinforced concrete crown beam and interior supports,the first layer of soil excavation,the second line of steel waist beam and inner supports,the second layer of soil excavation,pipeline hoisting construction.By comparing the field measured data and numerical simulation data of surrounding houses and foundation pit supporting structure in such aspects as deformation and stress,this article quantitatively conducted the impact analysis of excavation process.The results show that the numerical simulation data and field measured data coincide well.It can give early warning to key positions and construction steps with great influence,and also provide reference for similar projects.
