泥质粉砂岩地层桩锚支护结构受力特性分析 被引量:2

Numerical simulation analysis of pile-anchor supporting structure of foundation pit in silty sandstone formation

摘要 为了积累不同地质条件下深基坑设计与施工经验,以实际工程为依托,针对特定的泥质粉砂岩地层,通过建立力学模型,对泥质粉砂岩地层桩锚支护结构进行受力分析,通过实测数据对桩锚支护结构受力进行反演分析,将设计土压力与反演分析土压力值进行对比。研究结果表明:在桩锚支护体系中,该基坑围护桩入岩部分水平方向最大变形量约5mm,占桩顶水平位移量的25%,入岩部分并非严格锚固,入岩部分可以发生旋转运动;围护桩自身由于弯曲受到的力较小,桩锚支护结构主要通过围护桩和锚索形成的受力体系维持边坡稳定;围护结构背后土压力荷载集度是54.17kN/m≤q3≤68.97kN/m,理论计算围护结构背后土压力荷载集度为77.84kN/m。实际土压力值为理论计算土压力值的69.59%~88.60%,实际土压力值较设计值偏小。 In order to accumulate experience in the design and construction of deep foundation pits under different geological conditions,relying on actual engineering,for specific argillaceous siltstone formations,through the establishment of a mechanical model,the force analysis of the pile-anchor supporting structure in the argillaceous siltstone formation is carried out.Based on the measured data,the pile-anchor supporting structure is back-analyzed,and the design earth pressure is compared with the back-analysis earth pressure value.The research results show that:in the pile-anchor supporting system,the horizontal deformation of the rock-entry part of the pit surrounding pile is about 5 mm,which accounts for 25%of the horizontal displacement of the pile top.The rock-entry part is not strictly anchored,and the rock-entry part can occur.Rotational movement;the retaining pile itself receives less force due to bending.The pileanchor supporting structure mainly maintains the slope stability through the force system formed by the retaining pile and anchor cable;the earth pressure load concentration behind the retaining structure is 54.17 kN/m≤q3≤68.97 k N/m,the theoretical calculation of the earth pressure load concentration behind the enclosure structure is 77.84 kN/m.The actual earth pressure value is 69.59%~88.60%of the theoretically calculated earth pressure value,and the actual earth pressure value is smaller than the design value.
