摘要
外粘型钢加固法适用于需要大幅度提高截面承载能力和抗震能力的钢筋混凝土柱的加固。以《混凝土结构设计规范》第6.2节关于正截面承载力计算的一般规定为依据,推导出外粘型钢加固大偏压柱的力—力矩平衡方程。对典型工况的偏压柱进行加固前后的应力状态分析和承载力计算,并将计算结果与采用《混凝土结构加固设计规范》公式计算得到的结果进行对比分析。发现规范公式在大多数情况下是充分安全的,对于加固前轴压比较大、偏心距较大的一些特殊情况,采用规范公式进行截面加固设计时安全富裕不足,且规范中并未考虑角钢强度的影响,建议在实际工程设计和规范修改时以考虑。
The wet-connected envelop iron method is suitable for the reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns which need to greatly improve the section bearing capacity and seismic capacity.Based on the general provisions of Section 6.2 of“code for design of concrete structures”,the force moment equilibrium equation of columns strengthened with externally bonded profiled steel is derived.The stress state analysis and bearing capacity calculation of eccentric compression column before and after reinforcement are carried out,and the calculation results are compared with those obtained by using the formula of“code for design of reinforcement of concrete structures”.It is found that the standard is fully safe in most cases.For some special cases with large axial compression ratio and large eccentricity before reinforcement,the safety margin is insufficient when using the standard formula for cross-section reinforcement design,and the influence of angle steel strength is not considered in the specification.It is suggested that it should be considered in the actual engineering design and code revision.
