摘要
软土地区深基坑的开挖会引起周围土体的不均匀沉降变形。对于整体性差、基础刚度小的邻近建筑物可能导致房屋倾斜、严重开裂,甚至倒塌。上海某19m深基坑工程与邻近优秀历史建筑最近距离仅2.05m,在围护结构施工中即引起该历史建筑严重不均匀沉降,为避免该建筑在后续降水及开挖过程发生更严重的破坏,特设计了可调节的体外支撑对其进行保护。在基坑施工全过程各阶段,定期对该历史建筑进行了沉降监测及倾斜监测、损伤观察等现场检测。检测发现加设体外支撑后,该建筑的不均匀沉降开始趋于减小,到地下室顶板施工阶段,各点沉降已基本一致;前期施工中房屋的裂缝基本闭合。该结果表明加设体外支撑的方法对该历史建筑起到了很好的保护作用。本文结合此工程实例,介绍了可调节的体外支撑支护,为类似房屋的保护提供一个新的可参考的方法。
Deep excavation will cause uneven settlement of ground at soft soil areas.That may consequently result in inclination and crevices of surrounding buildings,especially those with old age and poor integrity.A 19 meters deep foundation pit was excavated in shanghai which is only 2.05 meters far from an outstanding historic building.As the excavation processing,the uneven settlement of the historic building severely developed.To protect it from irretrievable destruction,external bracing was erected against the wall of the building.The real-time monitoring data shows that after erecting of the bracing,uneven settlement of this building was reduced.When the foundation pit was completed,values of settlement at different spots of this building converged,and crevices were closed.This phenomenon proves that external bracing acts well on the building.In this paper,the external-bracing method will be introduced,which advance a new method to protect historic buildings.
