摘要
近年来,随着市场的趋势以及各地政策要求,装配式建筑在新建建筑中的比例中逐渐提高,在公共建筑已有较多项目采用预应力技术。楼板构件中预应力双T板、SP空心楼板、钢管桁架预应力叠合楼板(PKⅢ板)能够实现较大跨度楼板免模板、免支撑设计,能够提高施工效率缩短工期,从而整体节省造价成本,提高了综合效益。本文围绕预应力技术在公共建筑中的应用,介绍了多种预应力构件在公共建筑中的适用性及预应力构件连接的设计。
In recent years, with the market trend and local policy requirements, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings has gradually increased, and prestressed technology is adopted in many public buildings. The double-T precast slab, SP hollow slab and steel pipe truss prestressed composite slab(PK-Ⅲ) in floor components can realize the formwork free and support free design of large-span floor, improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period, so as to save the overall cost and improve the comprehensive benefit. Focusing on the application of prestressed technology in public buildings, this paper introduces the applicability of various prestressed components in public buildings and the design of prestressed component connection.
