基于激光扫描的输水渡槽内壁变形模式研究

摘要 渡槽是重要的水工建筑物,也是南水北调工程中关键的控制性工程,其结构是否安全稳定影响重大。在对其进行现场检测时,由于扫描仪存在检测盲区且观测数据存在偏差,应用简单的插值方法很难对其变形模式做出正确的判断,因此需依据各测点坐标进行渡槽断面的拟合,进而估算渡槽变形模式。本文基于激光断面扫描结果并依据材料力学基本原理,结合最小二乘法理论,通过控制侧墙和底板曲线在交点位置连续,利用非线性优化方法确定侧墙的变形曲线,分析不同类型渡槽结构在不同通水条件下的变形模式。结果表明:对于放空一侧的槽孔会受通水一侧水压力与水重的共同影响,通过对侧墙变形的分析可以判断顶板拉杆与侧墙的连接是否牢固,若连接性能良好,则抑制侧墙变形,反之则侧墙顶部向放空一侧孔内变形明显。 Aqueduct is an important hydraulic structure and a key control project in the South-to-North water diversion project. Whether the structure is safe and stable has a great influence. When it is tested on site, it is difficult to make a correct judgment on the deformation mode of the scanner because of the blind area and the deviation of the observation data. Therefore, the cross section of the aqueduct should be fitted according to the coordinates of each measuring point,and then the deformation mode of the aqueduct should be estimated. Based on the results of laser cross-section scanning and the basic principle of material mechanics, combined with the least square theory, the deformation curve of side wall and bottom plate is determined by controlling the intersection position of the side wall and the bottom plate curve. The deformation mode of different aqueduct structures under different water conditions is analyzed by using nonlinear optimization method. The results show that the tank hole on the vent side will be affected by the water pressure and water weight on the other side. Through the analysis of the deformation of the side wall, it can be judged whether the connection between the top tie rod and the side wall is firm, if the connection performance is good, the deformation of the side wall will be restrained, otherwise, the deformation in the hole from the top of the side wall to the vent side is obvious;For aqueduct structure without tie rod, the deformation of side wall conforms to the general law under the condition of no water, and the validity of the above deformation analysis method is further verified.
