摘要
我国正在大力推广装配式结构,主次梁节点的连接方式直接影响装配式结构的施工速度,特别是钢筋避让问题多、施工复杂的节点在现有的施工管理模式下还可能会因为施工过程监控不到位、过度追求工期而影响装配式节点连接的质量,乃至影响整体结构的安全性。在装配式结构中,采用预制企口连接是一种较为高效的主次梁连接方式,本文主要对次梁采用企口连接做法在装配式结构设计中的相关设计、计算方法进行探讨和研究,采用pkpm和非线性有限元软件进行了对比分析,并提出了一种实用的近似设计方法,部分建议可在设计中参考。通过研究表明,采用合理的计算模型及相应的规范构造措施,预制装配企口式主次梁连接节点能有效解决主次梁节点连接中钢筋避让复杂、设置后浇段等影响施工进度和连接质量等问题。
Precast structure are vigorously promoting in our country, primary and secondary girder node connection method directly affect the construction speed of precast structure, especially steel avoid the problem, the construction of complex nodes in the existing construction management mode is likely because the construction process of monitoring does not reach the designated position, excessive pursuit of time limit for a project and affect the quality of the precast node connection, and even affect the safety of the whole structure.In precast structure, adopting precast notch connection is a more efficient way of primary and secondary beam connection, this paper use tongue-and-groove join to second beam approach in modular structure design of the relevant design, discusses the calculation method and the research,using PKPM and nonlinear finite element software analyzed, and puts forward the approximate design method of a kind of practical,Some suggestions can be referred to in the design.The results show that by adopting reasonable calculation model and corresponding normative construction measures, the precast notch connection joints of primary and secondary beams can effectively solve the problems in the connection of primary and secondary beams, such as complicated reinforcement avoidance and setting of post-pouring section, which affect the construction progress and connection quality.
