高层剪力墙结构内置型钢加固方法研究及有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 高层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构中的剪力墙,是传递结构竖向力和抵抗水平作用的重要构件,对结构的安全性有着重要的影响。实际工程中经常出现混凝土强度等级不满足设计要求的质量问题,需采取合理、有效的加固措施以保证结构的安全性。由此,对剪力墙混凝土强度等级不满足设计要求时,采取不同加固方法及其适用条件开展深入研究,既能解决实际工程问题又可为类似工程提供参考。本文以某高层剪力墙结构实际工程为例,通过对常用加固方法进行比较分析,选择内置型钢柱加固措施,运用YJK和midas两种计算软件对加固构件进行了计算分析;同时按照有限元分析方法,利用ABAQUS计算软件对加固部位结构强度进行了验算复核,结果表明加固后结构构件承载力满足设计要求。计算分析结果及实际工程验证表明采用内置型钢柱方法加固高层剪力墙结构后,能实现安全、实用、经济的目标,是一种有效的墙体加固方法。 The shear wall in high-rise reinforced concrete shear wall structure is an important component to transfer the vertical force and resist the hori-zontal action of the structure, which has an important impact on the safety of the structure. In practical engineering, the concrete strength grade often does not meet the design requirements, so reasonable and effective reinforcement measures need to be taken to ensure the safety of the structure. Therefore, when the concrete strength grade of shear wall does not meet the design requirements, adopting different rein-forcement methods and their applicable conditions can not only solve the practical engineering problems, but also provide design reference for similar projects. Taking a high-rise shear wall structure as an example, through the comparative analysis of common reinforcement methods, the reinforcement measures of built-in steel columns are selected, and the reinforced members are calculated and analyzed by using two calcu-lation software yjk and Midas;At the same time, according to the finite element analysis method, the structural strength of the strengthened part is checked by calculation software ABAQUS.The results show that the bearing capacity of the strengthened structural members meets the design requirements. The calculation and analysis results and practical engineering verification show that the built-in steel column method can achieve the goal of safety, practicality and economy, and is an effective wall reinforcement method.
