摘要
长沙某超限高层建筑地下4层、地上66层,结构高度288.0m。项目位于6度抗震设防区,属于超B级高度多项不规则的超限高层建筑。采用钢管混凝土柱+钢筋混凝土梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒组成的框架-核心筒结构,根据分析结果分别于32层、49层设置加强层。重点介绍了1#楼前期结构方案比选比过程、结构基础设计以及性能化设计包括弹性计算、弹性时程分析、动力弹塑性分析等内容,同时还对钢筋混凝土梁与钢管混凝土柱连接节点的设计与改进进行了阐述。分析结果表明,通过合理的结构布置、细致的分析和完善的加强措施,能使结构满足设计预定的抗震设防目标的要求。
A high-rise building in Changsha has 4 floors underground and 66 floors above ground,with a structural height of 288.0 meters.The project is located in the 6 degree seismic fortification area,belongs to the ultra B level height many irregular ultra limited high-rise buildings.In this paper,a frame core tube structure composed of concrete filled steel tube column,reinforced concrete beam and reinforced concrete core tube is adopted.This paper mainly introduces the comparison and selection process of 1#building pre-construction scheme,structural foundation design and performancebased design,including elastic calculation,elastic time-history analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis,etc.,at the same time,the design and improvement of the joint between reinforced concrete beam and concrete-filled steel tube column are described.The results show that the structure can meet the requirements of the anti-seismic design through reasonable layout,careful analysis and perfect strengthening measures.
