摘要
对于目前使用最广泛的轮轨系统空间移动开合屋盖,承载台车反力合理分布是屋盖系统能否顺利开合的关键因素。对拱支单层网壳固定屋盖-单层柱面网壳活动屋盖这一特定组合的开合屋盖形式各部分结构刚度进行参数解析,分析活动屋盖、固定屋盖结构刚度的配比对这一关键因素的影响,并在此基础上对屋盖行走过程中台车反力分布的变化进行统计分析,得出一些定性结论,指导类似屋盖的结构设计。
For the most widely used wheel-rail driving system in retractable roof structure,the reasonable distribution of the reaction force of the carrying trolley is the key factor for the smooth opening and closing of the roof system.In this paper,the parameters of the structural stiffness of each part of the retractable roof form of the specific combination of the arch-supported single-layer reticulated shell fixed roof and the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell movable roof are analyzed,and the influence of the different ratio of stiffness of the movable roof and the fixed roof is also studied.And on this basis,the change of the reaction force distribution of the trolley during the roof walking process is statistically analyzed,and some qualitative conclusions are drawn to guide the structural design of similar structures.
