摘要
对于超长结构而言,除必须满足一定的强度、刚度和整体性等基础指标外还应克服温度应力与伸缩应力的不利影响,保证结构的耐久性。以西安市某学校框架结构为例,采取设置膨胀加强带代替传统伸缩后浇带的“无缝设计”思路,在结构中建立一定的预压应力以抵抗混凝土凝结过程中产生的温度应力与伸缩应力,达到控制裂缝保证结构耐久的目的,并对其基本原理及工艺作了概述,证明了膨胀加强带在超长结构中替代后浇带使用,能够有效限制结构的早期裂缝的发展,有利于工程工期节约,工序简化,质量保证。其设计思路可为以后的超长结构的裂缝控制提供经验。
For super-long structures,in addition to satisfying certain basic indicators such as strength,stiffness and integrity,the adverse effects of temperature stress and expansion stress should also be overcome to ensure the durability of the structure.Taking the frame structure of a school in Xi’an as an example,the article adopts the"seamless design"idea of setting expansion reinforcement belts instead of traditional expansion and contraction post-cast belts,and establishes a certain pre-compression stress in the structure to resist the temperature stress and the temperature stress generated during the concrete setting process.The expansion stress can achieve the purpose of controlling cracks to ensure the durability of the structure,and its basic principles and processes are summarized.Conducive to project construction period saving,process simplification and quality assurance.Its design ideas can provide experience for the crack control of ultra-long structures in the future.
