未燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土高温后的损伤研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究未燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土高温后的性能变化,进行了不同替代率的未燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土高温试验。研究结果表明:受热温度和煤矸石替代率都是影响混凝土性能的重要因素;混凝土质量损失率随温度升高而增大,随替代率增大而增加;混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度在受到200℃的温度时略微升高,超过200℃后随温度升高不断降低,随替代率的增加其强度一直降低;利用超声检测中的单面平测法对高温后的混凝土进行损伤检测,发现混凝土在受到400℃的温度时开始出现损伤,损伤层厚度随着温度升高不断加深,并且损伤程度随替代率增加也越来越大;在受热温度为800℃时,从普通混凝土到100%替代率的未燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土,其损伤层厚度也由25.14mm达到46.64mm。 To study the performance changes of unburned coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete after high-temperature,high-temperature tests of unburned coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete with different substitution rates were carried out.The research results show that:the heating temperature and the coal gangue substitution rate are both important factors affecting the performance of concrete.The concrete mass loss rate increases with the increase of temperature,and increases with the increase of the substitution rate.The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete slightly increased when subjected to a temperature of 200°C,and after more than 200℃,it continued to decrease with the increase of temperature,and its strength continued to decrease with the increase of the replacement rate.The damage detection of the concrete after high temperature is carried out by using the single-surface flat test in the ultrasonic test.The concrete was found to start experiencing damage at a temperature of 400℃.The thickness of the damage layer deepens with increasing temperature and the degree of damage increases with increasing substitution rate.When the heating temperature is 800℃,the thickness of the damaged layer is also increased from 25.14mm to 46.64mm from ordinary concrete to unburned gangue coarse aggregate concrete with 100%replacement rate.
