摘要
老旧既有建筑由于建成时间较长,建设标准相对较低,必须对其进行加固改造提升既有建筑功能。目前装配式技术主要用在新建建筑中,在既有建筑的改造中应用装配式技术几乎没有。本文结合项目实践,在既有建筑的改造中应用预制夹心保温墙、叠合板等装配式技术进行了探索与实践,对装配式技术与旧改技术的融合将具有重要的指导意义。
Due to the long time after construction and relatively low construction standard at that time,the old existing buildings must be reinforced and renovated to improve their functions.At present,assembly technology is mainly used in new constructions and there is almost no application of assembly technology in the renovation of the existing buildings.The paper will have profound guidance for the integration of assembly technology,such as Precast concrete sandwich panel and Laminated slab,and renovation technology used in old existing buildings,combined with the project practice in exploring and applying the assembly technology in the renovation of the existing buildings.
