摘要
当前制约装配式建筑产业化发展的主要因素就是传统的建筑设计方法与装配式建筑建造方式不协调,装配式建筑采用标准化设计是降低建筑工业化成本的唯一出路[1]。介绍了装配式建筑标准化设计工作应包含标准化设计的制订、标准化设计的实施和实施过程中的管理与技术支撑三部分。探索性提出标准化设计应聚焦到构件、部品的标准化,不应过度推行套型化、户型化,避免标准化的放大效应,导致雷同,制约创新,影响客户个性化的需求。
At present,the main factor restricting the industrialization of prefabricated buildings is the incongruity between traditional architectural design methods and prefabricated building construction methods.The use of standardized design for prefabricated buildings is the only way to reduce the cost of building industrialization[1].It is introduced that the standardized design of prefabricated buildings should include three parts:the formulation of standardized design,the implementation of standardized design,and the management and technical support in the implementation process.It is exploratively proposed that standardized design should focus on the standardization of components and parts,and should not over-promote set-type and unit-type,so as to avoid the amplification effect of standardization,resulting in similarities,restricting innovation,and affecting the individual needs of customers.
