广东省软土地区大直径灌注桩的设计、施工及检测 被引量:11

摘要 依托横琴口岸桩基工程,通过设计、配合施工,研究了深厚软土地区桩基设计、施工及检测。横琴新区深厚软土层分布广泛,以淤泥为主,具有高压缩性、高含水率、低强度,岩面埋藏深的特点。设计从桩型选择、负摩阻力的合理取值、嵌岩桩设计几个方面予以讨论;施工从桩基成孔护筒设置、桩基垂直度要求及超长钢筋笼的制作及吊装等论述施工难点的处理;基桩的检测,从检测方法及适用范围,给出了超大直径桩桩身完整性检测及桩基承载力检测的方法。结合当地施工经验,通过设计比选、难点分析、施工特点等介绍了广东省软土地区超大直径超长灌注桩的设计、施工及检测,总结了广东省软土地区超大直径超长灌注桩的特点,可为今后类似地质条件的工程的桩基设计提供参考。 Relying on the Hengqin Port Pile Foundation Project,through design and construction,the design,construction and testing of pile foundations in deep soft soil areas are studied.The deep soft soil layer in Hengqin New Area is widely distributed,mainly silt,with high compressibility,high water content,low strength and deep burial of rock surface.The design is discussed from the selection of pile type,the reasonable value of negative friction resistance,and the design of rock-socketed piles.The treatment of construction difficulties;the detection of foundation piles,from the detection methods and scope of application,the methods for the integrity detection of super-large diameter piles and the detection of pile foundation bearing capacity are given.Based on local construction experience,this paper introduces the design,construction and testing of super-large diameter and super-long cast-in-place piles in soft soil areas in Guangdong Province through design comparison,analysis of difficulties,and construction characteristics.It can provide a reference for the pile foundation design of projects with similar geological conditions in the future.
