摘要
三维激光扫描技术采用激光进行测量,可以非接触、高速度、高精度地获取目标物大量的三维坐标数据,完整高精度地重建目标物,近年来得到了广泛的应用。烟囱结构由于其结构的特殊性,通过传统的测量手段难以对其整体变形进行准确测量。通过地面三维激光扫描技术对上海某烟囱结构进行测量,研究数据处理过程,探索三维激光技术在烟囱结构整体变形检测中的应用。结果表明:三维激光扫描技术能很好的测量烟囱结构的整体变形,解决高耸结构测量困难的问题。
3D laser scanning technology,which uses laser to measure the target,has been widely used in recent years.It can obtain a large number of 3D data of the target high precisely without contact,and it is very efficient.With the 3D information,the whole construction can be rebuilt high precisely.Because of the particularity of the chimney structure,it is difficult to accurately measure the overall deformation by traditional measurement methods.This paper explores the application of 3D laser technology in chimney deformation detection by studying the measurement and data processing of 3D laser scanning technology on the ground.The results show that 3D laser scanning technology can measure the deformation of chimney structure well and solve the big problem of measuring tall structure.
