摘要
以高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)工程项目施工建设为背景,介绍了超大体量素混凝土换填地基的分层、跳仓、封仓浇筑及温度控制、环氧树脂处理施工缝等防微振动施工养护成套技术。项目完成后,防微振动各项指标均满足设计要求,为物理学微观粒子研究提供了科研技术平台的强力支撑,为今后同类工程的建设与发展起到了奠基与借鉴的意义。
Based on the construction project of the High Energy Photon Sourcee(HEPS),this paper introduces the technology of micro vibration construction and maintenance for super large volume concrete replacement foundation,such as delamination,skip,closure,pouring and temperature control,epoxy resin treatment construction joints,etc.After the completion of the project,all indicators of the micro vibration meet the design requirements,providing a strong support for the research of physics micro particles,and laying a foundation for the construction and development of similar projects in the future.
