摘要
为了能够经济合理的选择桥梁支座更换方案,依托某高速公路桥梁维修加固项目,选择其中8座5×25m简支转连续组合箱梁桥为对象,分析了病害支座的特征。分析发现:在一联5×25m连续梁桥沿纵向的6排板式橡胶支座中,病害全部集中发生在中间墩的两排板式橡胶支座上,该两排支座的设计特点是均采用了非滑板式橡胶支座。针对纵向6排支座中仅中间两排或一排支座需要更换的位置特征,考虑受力和经济的要求,建议采用横向整体、纵向逐墩顶升的方法更换支座。最后,通过实例调查研究和系列工程实践,提出直接顶升式、牛腿式和分配梁式三种板式橡胶支座更换顶升施工方法,并设计了相应的示意图。研究结果可为广大一线工程师从事相关方面的工作提供参考和借鉴。
In order to replace the bridge bearings economically and reasonably,eight 5×25m continuous bridges which simply-supported to continuous box girder are analyzed the location characteristics of damaged bearings.The analysis found that the damaged bearings are all located on the two middle piers and they are all the type of non-sliding plate rubber bearings.Because only the bearings of individual piers need to be replaced,considering mechanical properties and economy,it is recommended to use the method of jacking whole horizontally and pier by pier longitudinally to replace the damage bearings on middle piers.Through the case investigation and a series of similar engineering practice three replacement Jacking methods of plate rubber bearings are put forward and the corresponding schematic diagrams are designed,which can be described as direct jacking,bracket type and distribution beam type.The research results can provide reference for engineers to engage in related work.
