摘要
大悬臂双柱式花瓶型混凝土桥墩采用大悬臂盖梁与流线型双柱式桥墩相结合,具有一定的稳定性和动态的曲线美,并可以充分利用桥下的空间,引起了行业内的尝试;但是,极其复杂的施工工艺严重制约了其推广应用。依托京雄高速公路施工,重点针对全幅整体式双柱式大悬臂花瓶墩,研制了一套自动弯弧机设备,开展了盖梁骨架钢筋整体吊装的计算,构建了模板辅助设计BIM模型,开发了装配式混凝土临时支架基础,解决了施工工艺难点;并提出了施工质量控制要点,提高了施工的自动化程度、施工效率和施工质量。根据本项目的实施效果对比,单个花瓶墩缩短工期8d,单个花瓶墩可节约成本3.06万元,具有很强的社会与经济效益及推广应用价值,也为大悬臂双柱式花瓶型混凝土桥墩施工提供了参考与借鉴。
The large cantilever double column vase shaped concrete pier adopts the combination of large cantilever cap beam and streamlined double column pier,which has certain stability and dynamic curve beauty,and can make full use of the space under the bridge,which has aroused attempts in the industry;However,the extremely complex construction technology seriously restricts its popularization and application.Based on the construction of Jingxiong expressway,focusing on the full width integral double column large cantilever vase pier,this paper develops a set of automatic arc bending machine equipment,carries out the calculation of the integral hoisting of bent cap frame reinforcement,constructs the BIM model of formwork aided design,develops the prefabricated concrete temporary support foundation,and solves the difficulties of construction technology;The key points of construction quality control are put forward,which improves the degree of automation,construction efficiency and construction quality.According to the comparison of the implementation effect of the project,the construction period of a single vase pier is shortened by 8 days,and the cost of a single vase pier can be saved by 30600 yuan,which has strong social and economic benefits and popularization and application value,and also provides a reference for the construction of large cantilever double column vase concrete pier.
