物流仓库中楼面等效均布荷载简化计算及PKPM软件操作方法 被引量:2

摘要 物流仓库常见类型有单层库和双层库,货物储层方式主要以多层货架为主,每层货架中单个托盘上的货物重量约1t左右,货架层数较多时会导致单个货架立柱下的集中力很大,且该荷载直接作用于楼面板上,而在设计阶段货架的排布往往是未知的,这样就使得在结构计算时,按实际荷载输入不太现实,按楼面等效均布荷载输入的方式应运而生。目前等效荷载的推导多以ANSYS、ABAQUS等有限元分析软件为主,而大多数工程师都不会使用上述有限元软件,导致等效均布荷载推导的困难性,也不便于结构设计的顺利推进。主要利用理正、PKPM等容易上手的有限元模块进行等效荷载的简化计算,并与《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2012)附录C中的方法进行对比,选择较为合适的等效均布荷载取值进行结构计算。 The common types of logistics warehouse are single storeroom and double storeroom, multi-storey racks are the main storage methods. Every single tray’s weight on each floor of goods shelves is about one ton. More shelves would result in the force per shelf column excessive concentration, and this load directly acts on the floor. However, in the design phase, shelf arrangement is unknown. In this way, it might not very realistic to input the actual load during structural calculation. So, the input mode of equivalent uniform load on the floor came into being. At present, derivation of the equivalent load is mainly based on finite element analysis software such as ANSYS and ABAQUS, but most engineers are not able to use the above finite element software. This leads to the difficulty in deriving equivalent uniform load and is not convenient for the structural design. In this paper, the simplified calculation of equivalent load is mainly carried out by using the finite element modules such as LIZHENG and PKPM, which are easy to use, and compared with the method in Appendix C of load code for the design of building structures(GB50009-2012), a more appropriate value of the equivalent uniform load is selected for structural calculation.
