聚甲醛(POM)纤维对混凝土工作性和力学性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 聚甲醛(POM)纤维在混凝土中的应用逐渐受到关注。研究了POM纤维长度和掺量对混凝土工作性、抗压强度及劈拉强度的影响,发现POM纤维具有较好的韧性和分散性能,有利于改善拌合物的粘聚性,减少泌浆和泌水,但对流动性、坍落度和含气量不利。掺入POM纤维能够提高混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度,且抗压强度和劈拉强度对POM纤维掺量变化的敏感程度高于纤维长度。但相同纤维掺量情况下,使用长POM纤维试验组的力学强度值均高于短纤维。因此,工程选用POM纤维时可优选长度为12mm的纤维。 Polyformaldehyde(POM) fibre has attracted more and more attention in hydraulic concrete field, due to its outstanding performances. The influences of dosages and length of POM fibre on workability and mechanical properties of hydraulic concrete are symmetrically investigated in present paper. It is founded that POM fibre possesses good distribution ability, and is beneficial to enhancing the cohesion and water-keeping properties of fresh mixture. However,POM fibre can cause the reduction of flowability, slump value and air content of fresh mixture. Incorporation of POM fibre would improve the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete, and it seems that mechanical strengths of concrete are more sensitive to the dosage of POM fibre than its length. Finally, experimental results reveal that under the same dosage of POM fire, mechanical strength values of groups with long POM fibre are all higher than the ones of groups with short POM fibre. Therefore, it is reasonable to select 12mm POM fibre to prepare concrete during practical hydraulic structure construction.
