摘要
提出了一种采用高性能聚合物砂浆与普通砂浆组合加固砌体结构墙体的方法。在墙体斜向对角线的高效受力部位,采用高性能聚合物砂浆加固,而墙体其余部分采用成本更低的普通砂浆加固。对普通墙体与加固后墙体进行了有限元建模,并对斜向条带宽度、聚合物砂浆强度、轴压比及单、双面加固等设计参数对墙体水平承载力的影响进行了分析。结果表明:随着条带宽度及聚合物砂浆强度的提高,墙体水平承载力均有一定的提升;轴压比对墙体水平承载力影响较为明显,轴压比为0.3的墙体的承载力较未加固前提高了148.4%;双面加固墙体承载力比单面加固墙体承载力有提高,但效果有限,实际工程中,采用单面加固并且保证足够的聚合物砂浆条带宽度与强度,是更具性价比的加固方法。该加固方法在北京某小区老旧砌体结构加固改造工程中得到应用,表明其具有较好的施工性能与经济效益。
In this paper, a method of using high performance polymer mortar and general purpose mortar to strengthen the wall of masonry structure is proposed. The high performance polymer mortar is used to reinforce the diagonal parts of the wall because of its high efficiency, while the other parts of the wall are reinforced by ordinary mortar with lower cost.The finite element models of the ordinary wall and the strengthened wall were established, and the effects of design parameters, such as the width of diagonal strips, the strength of polymer mortar, the axial compression ratio and walls with single-sided strengthened and double-sided strengthened, on the horizontal bearing capacity of the wall are analyzed.The results show that with the increase of strip width and the strength of polymer mortar, the horizontal bearing capacity of the wall has a certain increase, and the effect of axial compression ratio on the horizontal bearing capacity of the wall is obvious, and the bearing capacity is increased by 148. 4% when the axial compression ratio is 0.3;The bearing capacity of double-sided strengthened wall is higher than that of single-sided strengthened wall, but the effect is limited.In practical engineering, it is a more cost-effective strengthened method to use single-sided reinforcement and ensure sufficient width and strength of polymer mortar strip. The strengthening method has been applied in an actual reconstruction project of old masonry structure, which shows that it has good construction performance and economic benefits.
