装配式轨顶风道有限元模拟分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 为掌握装配式轨顶风道在正常使用状态下受力变形特征,采用abaqus有限元分析软件对标准段单节装配式轨顶风道进行模拟分析。控制变量分别为混凝土强度等级、风道板厚度以及风道板下是否带梁。结果表明:随着混凝土强度等级的提高,风道板跨中以及其他连接节点部位变形均有一定程度降低。不同风道板厚度和板下有无梁对轨顶风道的受力变形影响较大,特别的无梁风道板厚度从50mm变为70mm后,跨中最大mises应力值减小了29.2%,而相同板厚下,有梁风道板跨中挠度值相比无梁风道板降低了48.8%。主要结论:吊杆和螺栓在连接部位易出现杆件剪切破坏,应对连接杆件的截面积进行严格控制。装配式轨顶风道无梁风道板厚度控制在70mm左右比较经济合理,能够充分发挥材料强度。无梁轨顶风道适用于标准段,有梁轨顶风道适用于受力复杂的非标段。 In order to master the stress and deformation characteristics of the assembled rail headwind passage under normal use, the ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the standard single section of the assembled rail headwind passage. The control variables are the strength grade of concrete, the thickness of air channel plate and whether there is a beam under the air channel plate. The results show that with the increase of concrete strength level, the deformation of the air channel plate in the middle span and other joints decreases to a certain extent.The maximum Mises stress value decreased by 29.2% when the thickness of the slab without beam changed from 50mm to 70mm, while the deflection value of the slab with beam decreased by 48.8% compared with that of the slab without beam at the same slab thickness. Main conclusions: The shear failure of the derrick and bolt is easy to occur at the connection site, and the cross-sectional area of the connecting rod should be strictly controlled. It is economical and reasonable to control the thickness of the beam free air channel plate in the prefabricated rail headway at about 70mm,which can give full play to the strength of the material. The beam rail headwind channel is suitable for the standard section, and the beam rail headwind channel is suitable for the non-standard section with complex forces.
