“天鸽”强台风块瓦屋面风灾特征及抗风构造措施 被引量:1

摘要 在广东省珠海市金湾区机场登陆的2017年“天鸽”强台风,使珠海、江门、中山、中国澳门等地区建筑物遭受几十年一遇的罕见风灾。为了分析块瓦屋面的风灾特征,对20个珠海市的块瓦屋面风致破坏进行调查,提出针对块瓦屋面风灾特征的破坏等级评级方法,分别对多层建筑、高层建筑块瓦屋面风揭破坏及灾后完好的案例进行风灾特征进行对比分析,以单块瓦为研究对象,分析单块瓦负风压集中力、单块瓦砂浆粘结集中力、重力垂直屋面分力、单块瓦砂铜线拉力之间的关系,结果发现影响块瓦屋面抗风性能的主要因素是抗风构造措施及、卧瓦层砂浆饱满度,温度应力等原因导致实际砂浆粘结集中力比理论计算值小。结论是钢筋卧瓦层双股铜线无空腔湿贴法的块瓦屋面抗风构造措施满足抵抗14级强台风的抗风性能要求。 In 2017, hato made landfall at Jinwan Airport of Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, causing buildings in Zhuhai, Jiangmen, Zhongshan and Macao to suffer a rare wind disaster once in decades. To analyze on the surface of the block WaWu cyclone characteristics, Zhuhai, 20 pieces of tile roof wind-induced damage investigation, put forward in view of the characteristics of block tile roof cyclone damage grade rating method, respectively, for multistory buildings,high-rise building block tile roof wind jie destroy and post-disaster intact case cyclone characteristics were analyzed, in a single piece of tile as the research object, Analysis of single piece of tile negative wind pressure concentration, single piece of vertical roofing tile mortar bond concentrated force, gravity force component, single piece of clay sand copper wire tension, the relationship between the results found that the main factors influencing the piece of tile roof wind resistance is structural measures and wind resistance, lie the tile layer mortar plumpness, temperature stress causes such as the actual slurry concentration is smaller than theoretical calculated value. The conclusion is that the wind-resistant structural measures of reinforced decanting double-strand copper wire without cavity wet sticking can meet the wind-resistant performance requirements of strong typhoon 14.
