摘要
对北京市昌平区十三陵镇某村文化活动中心的加固改造方案进行了系统地阐述。该结构为砖混结构,三角形钢结构轻钢屋面,长为26.67m,宽为12.94m,建筑面积约350m^(2)。经过检测鉴定后,屋架及横墙间距不满足规范要求,但为保持原始大空间的功能需求,需改变加固改造思路,使其改变结构体系,变为单层钢筋混凝土厂房结构形式。重点介绍了其在改变结构体系时所采取的加固改造措施,并对其施工工艺进行了研究。在对该公益性自建房进行制定加固方案时,应在保证安全性的前提下,尽量保证施工操作简便快速及节约造价等原则。经过加固改造后,该结构的安全性和抗震能力得到了显著提高,后续使用年限延长。该结构在加固改造设计时采用常规的技术方式,具有较强的实用性和可操作性,能较好的保证施工质量。本工程加固改造的成功应用,具有较高的推广价值及广阔的应用空间,也为后续类似自建房屋工程提供借鉴和参考。
This paper systematically expounds the reinforcement and reconstruction plan of a village cultural activity center in Shisanling Town, Changping District, Beijing. The structure is a brick-concrete structure with a triangular steel structure light steel roof, with a length of 26.67 meters, a width of 12.94 meters, and a construction area of about 350m~2.After inspection and identification, the spacing between roof trusses and transverse walls did not meet the requirements of the specification, but in order to maintain the functional requirements of the original large space, it was necessary to change the reinforcement and reconstruction ideas to change the structural system and become a single-story reinforced concrete workshop structure. In this paper, the reinforcement and reconstruction measures taken when changing the structural system are introduced, and the construction technology is studied. When formulating a reinforcement plan for this public welfare self-built house, on the premise of ensuring safety, the principles of simple and fast construction and cost saving should be ensured as much as possible. After reinforcement and reconstruction, the safety and earthquake resistance of the structure have been significantly improved, and the subsequent service life has been extended. The structure adopts conventional technical methods in the reinforcement and reconstruction design, which has strong practicability and operability, and can better ensure the construction quality. The successful application of reinforcement and reconstruction of this project has high promotion value and broad application space, and also provides reference and reference for subsequent similar self-built housing projects.
