摘要
采用通用有限元分析软件MIDAS Gen,对某售楼处内已出现支座破坏和整体下挠的旋转楼梯进行有限元分析计算,根据分析结果及现场施工进度情况,给出实际可行的加固方案措施,能同时兼顾结构安全性及建筑美观性要求。本案例中旋转楼梯主受力构件为两侧扶手处的薄钢板,结构整体为壳元结构,结果表明,经过加固后的旋转楼梯钢板Mises应力、整体挠度变形大幅度减小,能满足设计要求。对旋转楼梯两侧钢板及踏步钢板进行了弹性屈曲分析,其特征值结果表明,加固后的楼梯不会发生整体屈曲破坏。根据建筑楼盖振动舒适度技术标准,参考规范中连廊和室内天桥的人行荷载激励方式,对旋转楼梯进行了竖向及水平向的加速度峰值计算,舒适度计算结果可以满足规范限值要求。
By using the general FEA software MIDAS Gen, analyse and calculate the spiral staircase in a sales office has occurred damage. According to the analysis results and construction progress, the reinforcement measures are given,which can balance structural safety and architectural aesthetics. In this case, the main stress component of the spiral staircase is the thin steel plate at the handrails, and the whole structure is shell structure. The results show that Mises stress and deformation of the spiral staircase after reinforcement are greatly reduced. The elastic buckling analysis of the spiral staircase is carried out. The results of the eigenvalues show that overall buckling of the reinforced staircase will not occur. According to the Technical standard for human comfort of the floor vibration, referring to the design method of corridors and footbridges-indoor, the vertical and horizontal peak acceleration of the spiral staircase are calculated, and the comfort calculation results can meet requirements.
