深圳东部环保电厂格构柱顶部设置塔吊的关键技术研究

摘要 深圳市东部环保电厂项目位于深圳市龙岗区,建筑面积约186144m^(2)。综合主厂房结构整体呈东高西低的圆台型,顶部直径为295m,底部直径为326m,高度为65.734m,其主要由侧墙桁架、格构柱和屋面网架组成。考虑主厂房下部建筑及工艺设备已竣工,并结合现场的实际条件,屋面网架安装采用高空散装的方法。由于场地缺少设置落地塔吊的空间,故将7台塔吊布置在格构柱顶部。通过对格构柱构件和转换节点的设计验算,确保格构柱和塔吊的安全性。 Shenzhen East Waste-to-Energy Plant is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, with a construction area of about 186144m^(2). The main comprehensive building presents a truncated cone-shaped structure with high east and low west. The top diameter of the main comprehensive building is 295m, the bottom diameter is 326m, and the height is 65.734m. It is mainly composed of side wall trusses, lattice columns and roof grids. Considering the completion of the building and equipment, and combined with the actual conditions of the site, the roof grid installation adopts high altitude bulk method. As the site lacks space for floor-standing tower cranes, seven tower cranes are arranged on top of the lattice columns. The safety of the lattice columns and the tower cranes is ensured through the design and verification of lattice column members and conversion nodes.
