摘要
某25层框架-剪力墙结构体系办公大楼,因底部大空间需求,采用两榀型钢混凝土(SRC)转换桁架,跨度20.6m,每榀桁架承担上部2根柱,共18层荷载。本文通过调整桁架腹杆布置方式,提取腹杆轴力及上下弦梁在整体分析中的内力进行比较,并根据进一步的优化探索,确定了转换桁架较为经济合理的布置方式。利用SATWE、PMSAP和ETABS软件,对整体计算指标如周期、刚重比、位移角等进行对比,证实了转换结构在整体结构中的协同工作能力;最后概要地介绍了大楼及转换结构抗震性能设计目标和结论。
For large space at the lower floors,two Steel Reinforced Concrete(SRC)transfer trusses with the same span of 20.6m are adopted in an office building with frame-shear wall structural system,every one of which bears the upper two columns with the loads of the 18 floors.By adjusting the truss layout,and comparing the internal forces of the members,a more economical and reasonable layout of the truss can be realized.By using SATWE,PMSAP and ETABS software,the overall calculation indexes such as structural period,rigid-weight ratio and story drift ratio are compared,and the cooperative ability of the transfer structure in the overall structure is confirmed.Finally,the performance-based seismic design of the structure is introduced.
